About Michael

My name is Mike Warmt and I am a full service Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with Scott Film Realty. I grew up in the Town of Brunswick, Rensselaer County and attended Hudson Valley Community College where I received an Associates Degree in Electrical Construction and Maintenance. Since graduating I have worked in the Electrical and Telecommunications field for nearly 30 years and have recently returned to the college to become a full time instructor in the curriculum I graduated from. My wife Erica and I currently reside in North Greenbush with our son Michael Jr. and daughter Marielle.

I have always enjoyed being involved with real estate properties since I was young. In the early 2000’s I was considering taking an additional job beyond my full time employment while my wife was home with our newborn son. Rather than taking on an additional job I bought my first investment property to produce another source of income. Since then I have purchased and flipped multiple investment properties. I enjoy working with real estate so much I decided to become a licensed real estate agent. 

I have been investing in real estate for 20 years and decided to become a licensed agent so I could represent clients with experience and expertise I have gained over the years. Combined with the professionalism and knowledge of Scott’s 30 plus years of experience results in superior customer service.
